Audi AG’s upcoming Q4 e-tron electric vehicle will feature personalized headlights and taillights, Autocar reports.

Describing the system as an industry first, design chief Marc Lichte says customers can choose from 25 lighting signatures that presumably display different graphics when the vehicle is parked. No other details were provided.

Audi previewed the compact crossover with a concept model (pictured) at the Geneva auto show in March. The production Q4 e-tron is expected to bow late next year in Europe. Availability in U.S. with or without the customized lights is uncertain.

Built on Volkswagen Group's MEB EV platform, the Q4 e-tron concept is powered by a pair of electric motors that produce 300 hp. Driving range on Europe’s WLTP cycle is estimated at 280 miles per charge.
